Terms of Service
Effective Date: April 8, 2026
By using savagesauces.com or buying our products, you're agreeing to these terms. We're ThrillKicker Entertainment LLC dba Brand Forge — a small hot sauce company out of Middleton, Wisconsin.
1. Allergens & Food Safety
Our sauces are made in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, wheat, soy, eggs, fish, and shellfish. Cross-contamination is possible.
Check the Label
Read the ingredients on the packaging and on our website before eating anything. That's on you.
Liability
Under Wisconsin law, we're not liable for allergic reactions or health issues from consuming our products if the allergen info was available to you.
2. What You're Getting
We make small-batch hot sauce. That means color, consistency, and heat can vary slightly between batches. Photos on the site are representative, not exact.
Storage
Keep bottles in a cool, dry spot. Refrigerate after opening unless the label says otherwise. If it spoils because it sat on your counter for three months — that's not on us.
3. Shipping
We ship via UPS, USPS, or FedEx depending on the order.
Once It Ships
After the package leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible. We can't control delays, weather, or a wrong address you typed in at checkout.
Extreme Weather
Hot sauce can handle a lot, but extreme heat or cold during transit can affect texture. We can't control what happens on the truck.
4. Returns & Refunds
It's food. All sales are final. We can't take back opened (or unopened) bottles for health and safety reasons.
Damaged in Shipping
Broken glass? Email contact@bybrandforge.com within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace it or refund the damaged item.
Cancellations
We start packing orders fast. If you need to cancel, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that, it's probably already boxed up.
5. Liability Cap
If something goes wrong with an order, the most we owe you is what you paid for the product. We're not on the hook for indirect or consequential damages — that's standard under Wisconsin's Economic Loss Doctrine.
Per Wis. Stat. § 895.506, food sellers in Wisconsin have immunity from civil claims related to weight gain or obesity from consuming their products.
6. Governing Law
Wisconsin law governs these terms. Any legal disputes get handled in Wisconsin state or federal courts.
