1. What We Collect

When you visit the site, we pick up basic device and browser info automatically — your IP address, time zone, browser type, and which pages you look at. Standard web stuff. Cookies are involved.

If you place an order, we collect whatever you give us at checkout: name, email, shipping address, and payment details (processed by Shopify — we don't store your card number).

2. Analytics & Session Recording

We use PostHog for analytics. That includes session recordings — replays of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling — so we can see where the site is confusing or broken.

3. How We Use It

Order info gets used to ship your sauces and send you a confirmation. Beyond that:

• We might email you about your order or our products
• We screen orders for fraud
• We look at site analytics to improve the experience

4. Who We Share It With

Shopify runs our store and handles payment processing. PostHog handles analytics. That's the main third-party sharing. We'll also hand over info if legally required — but that hasn't happened and we'd rather it didn't.

6. How Long We Keep It

We keep order records until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data follows PostHog's default retention settings.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. If we do, the date at the top changes. No surprise overhauls — just keeping it current.
